Job summary

UNFPA, in its Supply Chain Management Unit, seeks a Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst to advance risk management across the end-to-end supply chain. The role collaborates with regional and country offices, and external partners to ensure quality and integrity of supplies, supported by a strong governance culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in supply chain governance, risk and compliance (GRC) at international level.
• Experience with ERP and supply chain governance, risk management and compliance.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset.
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to synthesize complex documents for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Governance, Risk and Compliance Specialist in shaping and advancing the risk management framework and compliance standards.
• Ensure end-to-end insurance management and coverage adequacy; manage claims handling.
• Serve as Secretariat for CRC and VRC; coordinate submissions, meetings, and records.
• Coordinate audit coordination and implement corrective measures.
• Develop and maintain SCMU GRC framework and policies aligned with UNFPA Strategic Plan.
• Provide training and implementation support of policies and risk management strategies.
