Job summary

UNFPA Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst in Copenhagen supports the SCMU to strengthen risk management and compliance across the supply chain. The role collaborates with HQ, regional, country offices and external partners to ensure integrity and quality of life-saving supplies.

The analyst will drive ERM processes, assist in policy development, coordinate with committees on tenders and audits, and mentor staff to strengthen supply chain capabilities, aligning with UNFPA strategic plans.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
Minimum two years of relevant experience in governance, risk and compliance within international supply chain contexts.
Experience with ERP systems and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure end-to-end Insurance Management for UNFPA policies and claims.
Serve as Secretariat for CRC and VRC, manage submissions and meetings.
Coordinate receipt and processing of sealed tenders for SCMU.
Develop SCMU GRC reports and oversee policy development and risk management processes.
Support enterprise risk management and training across regional and country offices.
