Job summary

UNFPA Copenhagen is seeking a Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst within the Supply Chain Management Unit to support the GRC Specialist and advance risk management across the supply chain. • Experience with governance, risk, and compliance in supply chains.
• Ability to coordinate with regional and country offices and external partners.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Insurance management and policy compliance.
• Secretariat or Alternate Secretariat duties for the CRC and VRC, including submissions and meeting coordination.
• Manage receipt and processing of sealed tenders for SCMU.
• Develop and analyze SCMU GRC reports and KPIs, and oversee risk management activities.
• Develop and maintain SCM policies and guidelines aligned with UNFPA strategy.
• Coordinate ERM processes and map supply chain processes for risk mitigation.
• Provide training support to regional and country offices on policies and risk management.
