Job summary

ECCO Sko A/S is seeking a Senior Global P&C Business Partner for Digital & IT at our HQ in Bredebro. You will advise senior leaders on people-related matters, drive workforce planning and lead key annual processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will partner with leaders across the global organization, balancing business needs with employee experience while collaborating with Centres of Excellence to rollout strategic people initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR/People & Culture experience, including a Business Partner role in an international org.
• At least 3 years advising senior Digital and IT leaders on organizational and leadership matters.
• Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on organizational, leadership and employee-related matters.
• Partner with leaders to drive people initiatives and annual processes.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment and talent discussions across IT and related areas.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to implement people initiatives.
