Job summary

ECCO HQ in Bredebro is seeking a Finance Business Partner to turn financial data into actionable insights and support strategic decisions across the value chain. You will collaborate with commercial, operations and engineering teams and act as sparring partner to translate data into clear recommendations.

You bring a finance degree and 2–3 years in finance business partnering, plus strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate insights to non-finance colleagues.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics, business administration or accountancy.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance business partnering.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trustful relationships.
• Structured and analytical approach to turn data into insight.
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance colleagues using Excel and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Support business functions with financial analysis and scenario modelling.
• Prepare monthly performance reviews and identify risks, opportunities and commercial implications.
• Bridge finance and the business by translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes for your assigned areas in collaboration with leaders and finance colleagues.
• Support business cases, investment evaluations and ad hoc strategic projects.
