Job summary

ECCO SKO A/S is seeking a Finance Business Partner at ECCO headquarters in Bredebro. The role offers exposure to the global value chain and collaboration with commercial, operational, engineering and strategic leaders to translate financial data into business insights.

You will own selected business areas, act as a sparring partner, and support efficiency, processes and reporting across ECCO. The position emphasizes turning data into insights for both short-term performance and long-term

Qualifications

Degree in finance, economics, business administration or accountancy.
2–3 years of experience in finance business partnering.
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance colleagues; strong Excel experience and interest in financial systems.
Structured and analytical approach to turning data into insights.
Curiosity, openness and desire to broaden business understanding.

Responsibilities

Support business functions with financial analysis, performance insights and scenario modelling.
Prepare monthly performance reviews and identify risks, opportunities and commercial implications.
Bridge finance and the business by translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Drive budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned areas with leaders and finance colleagues.
Support business cases, investment evaluations and ad hoc strategic projects.
