Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Program Manager to join the Product Verification & Compliance leadership team. You will shape portfolio management, prioritize investments, and translate strategic initiatives into measurable business value across a global organization.

As a trusted partner to the Head of PV&C, you will drive governance, execution, and continuous improvement in Denmark, the UK, and India, contributing to certifications and safe design practices.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, or PMO leadership.
• Experience handling complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and budget considerations.
• Ability to drive execution, governance, and organizational change.
• Experience with project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Financial planning, resource or investment management experience is advantageous.
• Experience in engineering, R&D, technology, manufacturing or similar environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PV&C project and portfolio landscape, aligning strategic priorities with demand and capacity.
• Drive portfolio governance, prioritization, and investment planning for informed decisions.
• Monitor and improve performance of strategic initiatives to deliver value and financial targets.
• Partner with PV&C leadership to shape strategy and drive organizational improvements.
• Champion transformation initiatives and translate ideas into sustainable results.
• Establish consistent project and portfolio management practices across a decentralized environment.
• Mentor and influence project management professionals across PV&C to foster collaboration.
