Job summary

Vestas in Aarhus, Denmark seeks an Electrical or Marine Engineer to design and deliver complete wind-turbine electrical test solutions for global manufacturing. You will develop test concepts, purchase specs, and coordinate builds with suppliers while working closely with project managers, R&D, and factories across borders.

The role requires a degree in Electrical or Marine Engineering, hands-on electrical systems experience, and familiarity with EU CE marking and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Marine Engineering.
• Solid practical background and ability to troubleshoot.
• Knowledge of EU standards, low-voltage design and CE-marking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop test concepts for advanced test solutions and translate into electrical designs.
• Create technical purchase specs and coordinate equipment builds with suppliers.
• Collaborate with project managers, R&D teams, and global factories.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure safety standards.
• Install, commission on site, and hand over to factories, with CE documentation.
