Job summary

Schneider Electric in Denmark is seeking a Key Account Manager for EPC and renewable accounts to drive growth with energy developers. You will manage national accounts, develop growth strategies and coordinate with teams to deploy energy management and automation solutions.

You will own the sales process from opportunity creation to tender negotiation, ensuring targets are met while promoting sustainable electrification and a resilient energy landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or strong technical skills in an energy-related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in sales with major projects and solutions sales.
• Understanding of EPC business models and energy developers.
• Experience in the electrical infrastructure segment including account planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and dynamic approach to business development.
• Passionate about networking and tailoring offers to customer requirements.
• Fluent Danish and English with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a selected number of national accounts focusing on EPC channel and energy developers.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, delivering the strategic EcoStruxure Intent.
• Collaborate with matrix management contacts to deploy Energy Management and Automation strategies.
• Identify new customers and drive pipeline growth through opportunity creation and management.
• Describe, advise and proactively work on the electrical architecture and automation scope.
• Prepare, offer and negotiate tender projects.
• Manage customer relationships at all levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect and process market information.
• Ensure sales targets are achieved.
