Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions in Denmark is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support a major Data Centre project in Fredericia. You will oversee electrical engineering activities on a fixed construction project, coordinating design with on-site installation and commissioning to meet project goals.

Based in Fredericia, you will engage in design reviews, cable sizing, submittals and BIM coordination, ensuring electrical works align with schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience with LV and MV systems in data centres/building services.
• Familiarity with Design Guides, BS7671, EN/IEC standards.
• Experience interacting with clients, vendors & contractors.
• 7+ years of project engineering experience in construction.
• Track record of delivering electrical projects (data centres/industrial).

Responsibilities

• Review electrical designs to identify gaps or deviations.
• Validate cable sizing and make recommendations.
• Resolve technical issues promptly and finalize submittals.
• Manage electrical submittals and procurement tracking.
• Coordinate with supply chain meetings and construction schedule.
• Collaborate with BIM team to ensure constructibility and space.
