Job summary

Earthstream is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Denmark. You will oversee installation, coordination, and delivery of electrical systems, ensuring all works are performed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience delivering hyperscale data centres or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of LV/HV distribution, switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, cable containment, and power distribution.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within fast-paced, multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate installation of electrical systems across the project.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams, ensuring work meets specifications and schedule.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and installation methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, QA/QC, and commissioning teams for successful delivery.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support to project team and client.
• Support testing, energisation, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Assist with managing change, RFIs, and project close-out.
