Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions seeks an Electrical Package Manager to lead electrical work packages for a major Data Centre project in Denmark. You will oversee engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and vendors to deliver on schedule, within budget and to high quality standards.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will gain exposure to programme management, client engagement, and commercial management while taking ownership of critical elements of the project.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project delivery.
• Experience on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or Mission Critical projects.
• Strong understanding of LV electrical systems and infrastructure.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
• Knowledge of commissioning, testing and handover processes.

Responsibilities

• Package Planning & Coordination: Review scope, specs and drawings and develop execution plans.
• Package Delivery: Lead engineers, supervise subcontractors, monitor progress and ensure quality.
• Commercial & Reporting: Monitor budgets and prepare package reports.
• Testing, Commissioning & Handover: Coordinate testing and ensure handover readiness.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
