Job summary

Danish Crown in Randers is seeking a Senior Director, OCIO to shape governance, portfolio management and organisational effectiveness across Global IT. You will work with the CIO and lead the Office of the CIO in a complex, international environment.

You will drive strategy, governance and execution across Global IT, developing operating models, prioritisation and transparent decision-making. You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into action.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CIO, supporting strategic decision-making and organisational priorities.
• Lead the Office of the CIO and strengthen governance, operating models and management frameworks across Global IT.
• Lead the Head of IT PMO and support the continued development and effectiveness of the IT PMO function.
• Own and continuously develop the Global IT portfolio management process, ensuring transparent prioritisation, investment governance and value delivery.
• Drive organisational transformation and business-critical change initiatives across Global IT.
• Ensure performance transparency through effective reporting, dashboards and KPI-driven follow-up.
• Facilitate alignment and collaboration across leadership teams, business functions and technology domains to secure execution of strategic priorities.
• Strengthening leadership effectiveness, organisational capabilities and execution discipline across the Global IT organisation.
