Danish Crown A/S in Randers invites an experienced Senior Director, Office of the CIO, to shape governance, portfolio management and organisational effectiveness across Global IT. You will partner with the CIO and be a member of the Global IT leadership team, translating strategic priorities into disciplined execution.

The role combines strategy, portfolio governance, organisational transformation and leadership support in an international and complex environment.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CIO, supporting strategic decision-making and organisational priorities.
Lead the Office of the CIO and strengthen governance, operating models and management frameworks across Global IT.
Lead the Head of IT PMO and support the continued development and effectiveness of the IT PMO function.
Own and continuously develop the Global IT portfolio management process, ensuring transparent prioritisation, investment governance and value delivery.
Drive organisational transformation and business-critical change initiatives across Global IT.
Ensure performance transparency through effective reporting, dashboards and KPI-driven follow-up.
Facilitate alignment and collaboration across leadership teams, business functions and technology domains to secure execution of strategic priorities.
Strengthening leadership effectiveness, organisational capabilities and execution discipline across the Global IT organisation.
