Job summary

Palsgaard seeks a visionary Head of Global IT & Digitalization to shape the technology roadmap and digital capabilities across an international organisation. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will influence the IT operating model and strategic partnerships worldwide.

You will lead a 25-member IT organization, collaborate with Executive Management and regional teams, and drive digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data-driven initiatives to support long-term growth and value creation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT in an international, manufacturing or operationally complex environment.
• Strong business orientation and ability to translate tech into business value.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Palsgaard’s global IT and digitalization strategy.
• Translate strategic ambitions into clear roadmaps across digitalization, AI, automation and data.
• Lead and develop the global IT organization (~25 colleagues).
• Drive digital transformation and position IT as a strategic business partner.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions, regions and subsidiaries.
• Drive standardisation of systems, processes and data across the organization.
• Ensure secure, stable and efficient global IT operations.
• Prioritize technology investments and identify opportunities to support growth.
