Job summary

STARK Group is seeking an experienced Senior Director, IT Operations & Infrastructure to lead the operational foundation of its IT landscape. You will drive strategy, manage a leadership team, and oversee a multi-country IT operation with 24/7 availability and strong vendor partnerships.

You will report to the VP, Group CIO, and sit on the IT Leadership Team. The role involves significant budget responsibility, travel, and collaboration with strategic partners to enable ongoing digital

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within IT infrastructure and operations.
• Experience leading complex international or multi-country IT environments.
• Experience with high-availability and 24/7 operations.
• Proven ability to lead leaders and develop senior managers.
• Experience working with internal teams, outsourced services and strategic partners.
• Broad understanding of infrastructure, networks, service continuity, disaster recovery and end-user services.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder influencing capabilities.
• Ability to operate across strategic, tactical and operational levels.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the overall strategy and roadmap for IT Operations & Infrastructure, supporting scale, agility, security and efficiency.
• Lead and develop the IT Operations & Infrastructure leadership team with clear direction and accountability.
• Take responsibility for the overall financial performance of the area and external spend.
• Contribute as a member of the STARK Group IT Management Team and set group priorities.
• Ensure high availability, operational stability and resilience across IT infrastructure and services.
• Drive operational excellence and lead major transformation initiatives into stable operations.
