Job summary

Nordic RCC is seeking a Senior Lead Project Manager to drive an IT technology project with multiple stakeholders, milestones and go-live dates. You will coordinate scoping, planning, execution, and delivery, working closely with a global vendor and senior stakeholders to ensure transparent project management.

You will guide the project team through risk management, dependencies, budget control, and progress monitoring, reporting to Steercos and leadership.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate holds a BA or MA in IT with strong project or program management experience.
• Experience working with software development in an IT project with a global vendor.
• Proven ability to drive projects and manage stakeholders across borders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, vendor, and steering committees.
• Manage budget, forecast, and monthly financial updates aligned with milestones.
• Control project scope, resources, and risks with vendor and internal teams.
• Develop and execute project plans with clear milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor progress and report outcomes to stakeholders and leadership monthly.
• Lead transition from go-live to operational phase with structured handover.
• Apply best practices (Stage Gate, Governance, Risk Management) to guide teams.
