Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within IT infrastructure and operations.
• Experience leading complex international IT environments.
• Strong track record in high-availability, 24/7 operations.
• Proven ability to develop senior managers and drive accountability.
• Experience with internal teams, outsourced services and strategic partners.
• Broad understanding of networks, disaster recovery and end-user services.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and roadmap for IT Operations & Infrastructure.
• Lead and develop the IT Operations & Infrastructure leadership team.
• Oversee financial performance and external spend.
• Ensure high availability and resilience across STARK Group IT.
• Drive operational excellence and manage major transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Group IT Management Team on priorities.
