Job summary

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) seeking a Senior Director Business Development for DIID (Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases). This role is home-based across multiple countries and focuses on strategy, client retention, and coordinating BD activities within a global team.

The position requires an extensive network in DIID, strong leadership, and a proven track record in sales and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of seven years of clinical research and/or sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, coordinate and develop strategic plans and sales strategies within a territory or accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Coordinate and monitor budget, contracts and scope changes.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and build strong relationships.
• Prepare sponsor presentations and collect data for proposals.
• Lead RFI/proposal inputs and manage costs and expenses.
• Mentor junior team members and support leadership in BD strategy.
