TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development for the DIID unit, focusing on Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases. This remote role covers multiple European markets, including Denmark, Italy and others, and involves leading business development strategy and client retention within assigned accounts.

You will coordinate responses to RFIs/RFPs, drive annual sales goals, and lead cross-functional teams to position TFS as a preferred CRO partner in DIID.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of clinical research and/or sales experience.
• Considerable sales experience of more than 5 years with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and team leadership capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of TFS / CRO business.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate, coordinate and develop strategic plans and sales strategies within a specified territory or accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and objectives.
• Identify new business sales opportunities and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
• Coordinate and monitor budget or contract negotiations post award.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with clients.
• Organize sponsor presentations and proposal input.
• Record activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
