Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development for the DIID portfolio, focusing on Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases. The role is home-based and supports expansion across Europe and other regions.

You will lead strategy, client retention and cross-functional coordination to win opportunities, manage RFI/RFP processes and drive sustained business growth in a globally dispersed market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• 7+ years of clinical research and/or sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of CRO business and industry dynamics.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans and sales strategies for a defined territory or accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and drive revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and coordinate RFI/RFP responses.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate bids with internal teams.
• Manage budgets, costs and contract negotiations post-award.
• Maintain client relationships and provide insightful market feedback.
