TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size CRO providing full-service capabilities, resourcing and FSP solutions across clinical development. The Senior Director Business Development - DIID is responsible for strategy, client retention, and leadership of the business development function in an allocated territory or accounts.

The role is home-based in the UK, Sweden, Spain, Germany, Denmark, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands or Italy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Minimum seven years in clinical research and/or sales.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Entrepreneurship, results and customer focus; ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Initiate, coordinate and develop strategic plans and sales strategies within a territory or accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Coordinate and monitor budget and contract negotiations post award.
• Maintain contact with clients and prepare sponsor presentations.
• Lead and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
• Provide input to Head of Business Development and EVP on strategy.
