Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development for DIID to lead strategy, client retention and sales in an allocated territory. You will coordinate activities of the BD team, engage with sponsors, and drive opportunities from RFI/RFP to award.

The role requires deep DIID domain knowledge, strong leadership, and a proven track record in clinical research sales. This is a remote role with travel to customer meetings as needed across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of clinical research and/or sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills; ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities; entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans and sales strategies for territory/accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and objectives.
• Coordinate budget, contract negotiations and client interactions.
• Prepare sponsor presentations and respond to RFIs/RFPs with input from the team.
• Maintain regular client contact and monitor study status with sponsors.
