Job summary

3Shape is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the Developer Experience team in Copenhagen. You will modernize software delivery, build automated, self-service CI/CD capabilities, and work with security specialists to strengthen the development lifecycle.

Lead initiatives across Jira-style workflows, governance, and tooling while migrating teams to GitHub Actions. The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple developers and maintaining critical services on vSphere.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in DevOps, CI/CD, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on with GitHub Actions, automation, observability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve shared GitHub Actions workflows and CI/CD components.
• Migrate teams to GitHub Actions from TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, and Azure DevOps.
• Improve reliability, observability, and security of CI/CD workflows.
• Define repository standards, templates, and governance.
• Support adoption of GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development.
• Maintain services on vSphere virtualization platforms.
• Integrate security tools into the SDLC.
