Job summary

3Shape in Denmark is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer (DevOps/SRE & Cloud) to join the Account team. The role focuses on building and operating the Azure-based platform that powers our customer-facing services, with emphasis on reliability, security, and scalable infrastructure.

You will drive CI/CD, AKS/Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code with Pulumi (C#/.NET), monitoring, and incident readiness, while also contributing to backend services when needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps/SRE, or backend/cloud development.
• Hands-on DevOps/SRE with cloud infra, automation, and software engineering practices.
• Strong understanding of Azure concepts: networking, compute, storage, identity, databases, managed services.
• Practical IaC experience; Pulumi is a strong advantage.
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, and incident handling.
• Familiarity with containerized workloads and Kubernetes (Azure AKS).
• Backend engineering in C#/.NET is a plus and willingness to grow in that area.

Responsibilities

• Own CI/CD pipelines and release safety for production services.
• Build, automate, secure, and operate the Azure-based platform used by customer-facing products.
• Extend and maintain Pulumi-based Infrastructure as Code.
• Improve observability, incident readiness, and platform reliability.
• Collaborate with platform and product teams on Azure standards and best practices.
• Contribute to backend services in the Account domain when needed.
