Job summary

3Shape A/S is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer (DevOps/SRE & Cloud) to join the Account team. The role focuses on building, automating, and securing the Azure-based platform, with Pulumi IaC and strong software-engineering practices guiding infrastructure changes.

You will contribute to CI/CD, observability, and deployment readiness, while also growing backend capabilities in C#/.NET over time. This is a reliability-focused, ownership-driven position within an agile team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps/SRE, platform engineering, or backend/cloud software development.
• 5+ years hands-on DevOps/SRE experience with cloud infra, automation, and software engineering practices.
• Strong Azure infrastructure knowledge including networking, compute, storage, identity, databases, and managed services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code; Pulumi is a strong advantage.
• Backend experience in C#/.NET or willingness to contribute to backend services over time.
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring/observability, and incident handling in production.

Responsibilities

• Build, automate, secure, and operate the Azure-based platform capabilities used by customer-facing products.
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, AKS/Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi).
• Enhance observability, incident readiness, and platform reliability for scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on Azure standards and best practices.
