Job summary

3Shape is seeking a Group Manager for Platform Engineering to lead the Developer Experience and Cloud Platform teams. You will shape engineering platforms, improve workflows, and drive self-service capabilities across locations, with a focus on productivity, security, and quality.

You will guide platform adoption, align roadmaps with product and security teams, and champion AI-assisted tooling to enable faster, safer software delivery while maintaining reliability.

Qualifications

• Leads two teams (Developer Experience and Cloud Platform) to shape the engineering platform.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, build systems, developer workflows, and internal tooling.
• Experience with platform engineering, cloud practices, security enablement, and AI-assisted development is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers across multiple locations and create an environment for self-service platforms, automation, and clear standards.
• Define and evolve the developer experience across 3Shape to reduce friction in the software lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Cloud Platform team to evolve shared cloud infrastructure and platform services.
• Support secure-by-default engineering practices and promote secure delivery.
• Establish metrics to measure platform adoption, productivity, and operational excellence.
