Job summary

Pandora, the world’s leading jewellery brand, invites applications for Senior Designer, Modern Classics & Diamonds, based in our Copenhagen Global Office. You will lead design projects from concept to prototype, translating briefs into compelling collections that balance innovation with brand identity.

You will collaborate across Creative Direction, Operations, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Product Development to deliver timely, commercially successful designs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing jewellery within fashion/luxury brands.
• Strong portfolio showing concept development, mood boards, sketches, finished pieces.
• Proven experience leading design projects from concept to prototype.
• Advanced knowledge of jewellery design and manufacturing processes.
• Strong hand-sketching and visual communication skills.
• Experience with CAD development and cross-functional product teams.
• Ability to translate direction into commercially successful products.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring junior designers is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative projects from concept generation through design execution and prototype development.
• Translate briefs into product concepts, designs, and sketches aligned with Pandora’s brand identity.
• Manage design projects from research to CAD and prototype stages.
• Develop mood boards, concept presentations, sketches, and technical drawings.
• Support prototype reviews and evaluations and ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with Creative Sourcing and Merchandising to align category structures.
• Maintain design documentation, folders, and records throughout the process.
• Mentor Junior Designers with guidance on creative and technical work.
