Lead creative projects that define the future of Pandora's most iconic collections
As our new Senior Designer, Modern Classics & Diamonds, you will work closely with the Design Director to lead creative projects from initial concept generation through design execution and prototype development. Utilizing your strong creative skills, technical expertise, and deep understanding of Pandora's brand DNA, you will play a key role in developing compelling collections that inspire customers around the world.
Your Role
Design & Collection Development
Partner with the team to create and develop new collections within the Modern Classics & Diamonds category.
Translate creative briefs into innovative product concepts, designs, and sketches that align with Pandora's brand identity.
Lead individual design projects from initial research and concept development through CAD and prototype stages.
Propose original and future-thinking product ideas that support the strategic direction of the category.
Ensure projects are developed and launched within agreed timelines and project requirements.
Review and provide comprehensive feedback on CADs within agreed timeframes.
Develop creative mood boards, concept presentations, creative sketches, and technical drawings to support product development.
Brief products to Design Operations & Development (DoD) and collaborate closely to ensure successful prototype execution.
Review early prototypes and provide feedback ahead of formal prototype review sessions.
Support prototype reviews and creative evaluations when required.
Collaborate with Creative Sourcing to explore new materials, techniques, and innovation opportunities.
Partner with Creative Merchandising to align category and collection structures.
Ensure legal documentation and inspiration references are provided within agreed timelines.
Maintain accurate design documentation, presentations, folders, and project records throughout the design process.
Support and mentor Junior Designers, providing guidance on both creative and technical aspects of their work.
Conduct research projects based on briefs from Creative Leadership.
Participate in research trips to identify emerging trends, products, techniques, materials, and creative inspiration.
Translate research findings into strong creative concepts and collection ideas.
Contribute to the development of new concepts, innovation opportunities, and future category directions.
Ensure all research, concept development, reviews, and launches are delivered according to agreed timelines and processes.
Update design presentations with relevant concepts, sketches, and final designs throughout project development.

You are skilled at transforming inspiration into compelling jewellery concepts and are comfortable working across all stages of the design process, from initial idea generation to final product execution.
You understand how to balance innovation with brand consistency and have a proven ability to create products that strengthen and evolve an established global brand. You enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment and thrive when bringing new ideas to life.
Requirements
Extensive experience designing jewellery within a fashion, luxury, or jewellery brand.
Strong creative portfolio demonstrating concept development, mood boards, sketches, and finished products.
Proven experience leading design projects from concept to prototype.
Advanced knowledge of jewellery design and manufacturing processes.
Strong hand-sketching and visual communication skills.
Experience working with CAD development and cross-functional product development teams.
Ability to translate creative direction into commercially successful products.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience mentoring or supporting junior designers is an advantage.
Proficiency in relevant design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

As a key member of Pandora's Product Design team, you will join an international group of passionate, ambitious, and highly skilled designers dedicated to creating beautiful and innovative jewellery. You will report to the Design Director and collaborate closely with colleagues across Creative Direction, Design Operations & Development, Creative Merchandising, Creative Sourcing, and Product Development.
