Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Senior Designer for Modern Classics & Diamonds in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will lead design projects from concept to prototype, shaping iconic jewellery collections that blend timeless elegance with modern expression.

With a strong portfolio and expertise in hand sketching, CAD development, and cross-functional teamwork, you will translate briefs into commercially successful products, mentor junior designers, and ensure on-time delivery across a global design team.

Qualifications

Extensive experience designing jewellery within fashion, luxury, or jewellery brand.
Strong portfolio with concept development, mood boards, sketches, and finished pieces.
Proven experience leading design projects from concept to prototype.
Advanced knowledge of jewellery design and manufacturing processes.
Strong hand-sketching and visual communication skills.
Experience with CAD development and cross-functional product development teams.
Ability to translate creative direction into commercially successful products.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience mentoring or supporting junior designers is an advantage.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

Design and develop new collections within the Modern Classics & Diamonds category.
Translate briefs into concepts, sketches, CADs, and prototypes.
Lead design projects from concept through prototype and review stages.
Collaborate with Design Operations, Sourcing, Merchandising to align on direction.
Review prototypes and provide feedback to ensure quality.
Maintain design documentation and presentations.
