• Strong portfolio showing concept development, mood boards, sketches, and finished pieces.
• Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to prototype.
• Advanced knowledge of jewellery design and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative projects from concept through CAD and prototype development.
• Translate briefs into concepts and sketches aligned with Pandora brand identity.
• Oversee design reviews, provide feedback on CADs, and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings to support product development.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
