Job summary

Pandora A/S is seeking a Senior Designer for the Modern Classics & Diamonds category to drive concept development from initial briefing to CAD and prototype completion. You will partner with the Design Director and broader team to deliver commercially compelling jewellery that blends timeless elegance with modern expression.

You will lead projects, mentor juniors, and collaborate with Design Ops, Creative Merchandising and Sourcing to explore materials and techniques.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing jewellery within a jewellery, luxury, fashion or accessories brand.
• Portfolio showing concept development, mood boards, sketches and finished products.
• Experience taking design projects from concept through CAD and prototype development.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery design, materials and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design & Collection Development: create and develop new collections within Modern Classics & Diamonds.
• Translate briefs into innovative product concepts, designs and sketches aligned with Pandora's brand identity.
• Lead design projects from research and concept development through CAD and prototype stages.
• Coordinate with DoD to ensure prototype execution and timelines.
• Review prototypes and contribute to creative evaluations.
• Collaborate with Creative Sourcing on materials, techniques and innovation opportunities.
• Support and mentor Junior Designers with creative and technical guidance.
• Maintain design documentation and project records throughout the process.
