Job summary

JMA is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager for our Randers office to support customers using our DSM solution and Aptean Equipment DMS. Experience with NAVISION or Business Central and understanding workshop/service workflows is essential.

You will manage a Danish-Swedish support team, handle cases by phone and email, analyze workflows, test options, and propose practical IT solutions that improve how customers work.

Qualifications

• Need hands-on experience with NAVISION or Business Central and understanding of service/workflow processes.
• Experience leading a support team and coordinating across Denmark and Sweden.
• Fluent in Danish and English; knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Danish-Swedish support team of 5 and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Receive, analyze, and resolve support cases via phone and email.
• Advise customers on the best use of our DSM and Aptean Equipment DMS solutions.
• Continuously streamline internal processes and systems.
