Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Sr Consumer Access Manager to shape obesity treatment access across BA West. You will tie pricing, market and financial insights to advisory recommendations for leadership and affiliates across 11 European markets.

The role requires 4+ years in pricing/market access, strong GtN expertise, and fluency in English. Based in Copenhagen, you will collaborate across markets within a dynamic, global team.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or MBA in economics, finance, business administration or related field.
• 4+ years in pharma pricing, market access, or related analytics.
• Experience building business cases and managing GtN.
• Strong PM and stakeholder management skills.
• Business acumen and problem-solving mindset for new areas.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Lead consumer access strategy for obesity across BA West with pricing, market and financial insight.
• Act as consumer price specialist; assess affordability, positioning and price monitoring.
• Build robust business cases using demand, price, volume and financial assumptions.
• Lead GtN management incl. scenario modelling, governance and reporting.
• Support launch planning and lifecycle management including copay and channel considerations.
• Develop analytics tools and share insights with affiliates and stakeholders.
