Job summary

You will lead market access strategies, map launch milestones, coordinate with affiliates on reimbursement, HTA and payer engagement, and monitor policy developments to inform pricing and launch decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, public health, epidemiology, pharmacy, business or related field.
• At least 4 years of pharma market access experience in various settings.
• Track record in market access strategy development and reimbursement submissions to payers/HTA bodies.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with cross-functional alignment.
• Business acumen connecting market access to patient access and business goals.
• Ability to interpret clinical data and target product profiles for access strategies.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop market access strategies and tactical plans.
• Lead BA West launch sequence planning and milestones.
• Support affiliates with local reimbursement, HTA and payer engagement plans.
• Monitor market access, HTA and policy landscape and translate into actions.
• Apply reimbursement knowledge to assess cross-market price risks and inform launches.
• Build capability plans, share best practices, and manage vendors and budget.
