Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a BA West Sr. Market Access Manager to shape market access strategy and launch readiness for the cardiometabolic portfolio.

You will turn reimbursement insights into practical plans, connecting regional strategy with local execution to accelerate patient access and add value for affiliates. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with market access, policy, and pricing teams across Europe, translating data into actionable recommendations and managing vendor

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, public health, epidemiology, pharmacy, business or a related field.
• 4+ years of pharma market access experience across affiliates, regional, HQ or consultancy.
• Experience in market access strategy development, launch planning and HTA submissions.
• Strong cross-functional project and stakeholder management abilities.
• Business acumen linking market access to patient access and company goals.
• Ability to translate clinical data into practical access strategies.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead access strategy and launch readiness for BA West portfolio.
• Develop market access strategies and tactical plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead launch sequence planning, milestones, evidence needs and submissions.
• Support affiliates with reimbursement, HTA and payer engagement plans.
• Monitor market access and policy landscape and translate it into actions.
• Shape launch recommendations using international pricing expertise and cross-market insights.
