Job summary

BASE life science in Denmark seeks a Senior Consultant to drive commercial-IT initiatives across life sciences. You will lead teams, translate business goals into scalable CRM solutions, and guide CRM optimisation and system integration with stakeholders globally.

You bring 5+ years in consulting or life sciences, with Salesforce/Veeva experience, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in consulting or the life sciences sector implementing commercial solutions.
Consulting and hands-on experience with Salesforce, Veeva, or other CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Lead workstreams or small teams on client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Define future-state operating models across commercial functions and support CRM implementations.
Translate business needs into system requirements and manage workshops and documentation.
Drive change management, including training design and stakeholder engagement.
Engage in sales processes and contribute to RFP responses and presentations.
