Job summary

RDT is seeking a Commercial Manager in Kolding, Denmark, with hybrid work (50% onsite/50% remote) to lead commercial strategy for Major Component Exchange campaigns in offshore wind. You will work with Project Managers and Package Leads from inception to final settlement.

The role requires senior-level experience in contract management and negotiation, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across cultures. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in contract management and negotiation (BIMCO, FIDIC).
• Ability to interpret contractual clauses, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
• Collaborative team player able to influence across a wide network in multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and embedded support for Major Component Exchange campaigns.
• Drive cost control, value engineering, and performance monitoring.
• Support procurement for Framework Agreements and manage supplier engagement and contract lifecycle.
