Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Senior Manager for Category Management in Digital & Technology to shape global D&T procurement strategies. You will lead Sourcing, supplier initiatives, and license management across software, SaaS, and technology services, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive measurable business value.

Based in Copenhagen, you will influence licensing, cloud usage, and cost optimization while fostering strong global partnerships.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in business administration, supply chain management, technology management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience within category management, strategic procurement, technology procurement, or a closely related commercial role.
• Solid experience negotiating and sourcing across software, SaaS, implementation partners, and technology services.
• Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies that influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable value.
• Strong understanding of market trends, supplier landscapes, and commercial models within complex D&T categories.
• Experience building long-term partnerships and navigating a global matrix organization with confidence.
• Experience with large global SaaS and systems integration suppliers is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Shape and continuously mature global D&T category strategies, translating business priorities into clear roadmaps, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
• Act as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions through insights, storytelling, and strong commercial recommendations.
• Lead strategic supplier relationship management with key technology partners, driving service quality, innovation, performance, and value delivery.
• Drive high-impact sourcing, tendering, and RFP activities across software, SaaS, implementation partners, and technology services.
• Work closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure fast execution, strong adoption, and tangible business results.
• Monitor external market trends, supplier developments, and best practices, acting as a subject matter expert and coach across Global Procurement.
