Job summary
Pandora is seeking a Senior Category Manager for Category & License Management within its Digital & Technology Procurement function. You will own global D&T category strategies, drive sourcing, partnerships with key technology suppliers, and shape license management practices to optimize cost and usage.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (MBA, supply chain or technology management).
- 7+ years in category management, strategic procurement, or technology procurement.
- Experience negotiating and sourcing software, SaaS, SI partners, and technology services.
- Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies that influence senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Shape and mature global D&T category strategies with clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Act as strategic partner to senior stakeholders with strong commercial recommendations.
- Lead supplier relationship management with key technology partners.
- Drive high-impact sourcing, tendering, and RFP activities across software, SaaS, and tech services.
- Collaborate with local/global stakeholders for fast execution and tangible results.
- Monitor market trends and coach on best practices across Global Procurement.
