Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support rollout and execution of global adjacent products and service initiatives across clusters and markets.
• Coordinate implementation activities and store readiness, aligning processes, tools and materials.
• Develop tools, resources, and execution frameworks to enable stores to implement services and adjacent product initiatives.
• Maintain playbooks, SOPs, toolkits, and guidelines for consistent global execution.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to adapt frameworks to market needs.
• Translate performance data and store feedback into actionable recommendations.
