“As our new Senior Business Process Consultant, you will connect business needs with digital opportunities within Procurement. You will join our Digital S2C Excellence team, part of Procurement Data and Digital Excellence, where you will work across Procurement, business functions and digital teams to improve the way we work and help translate business requirements into effective processes and solutions”, says Anette Falk Bøgebjerg, Head of Data & Digital Excellence for Procurement.

How you will make an impact

Reporting to the Head of Digital S2C Excellence, you will play an important role in developing and improving Arla's source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes. Combining process knowledge, data and stakeholder insights, you will identify improvement opportunities, help design solutions and support their implementation across the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will be to

• Facilitate business process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to define and document clear objectives, requirements and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse process and performance data to identify trends, challenge existing ways of working and recommend improvements.
• Design process and digital solutions that support business priorities, working closely with Digital Business Consultants and relevant Procurement and business teams.
• Maintain high-quality process documentation, define and monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with Arla's process framework.
• Support change management, stakeholder training and the successful handover of improved processes to operational teams.

What will make you successful

For this role, we are looking for someone with 2-3 years of Procurement category knowledge and preferably an understanding of Source-to-Pay processes.

You have a Master’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field, are interested in how digital solutions and data can enable better ways of working, and you are comfortable turning business requirements and analysis into practical recommendations. LEAN background would be an advantage.

You do not need to know everything from day one. What matters is that you bring solid knowledge about source to contract processes and are motivated to develop your expertise further in a complex, international Procurement environment.
