Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Experience from management consulting, business development, finance or strategy; hands-on implementation.
• Solid ability to identify and create value in a production environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations; Lean or Six Sigma is a plus but not required.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

At Kruså Dairy, we are looking for a commercially minded and highly structured Business Development Manager who can connect strategy, people and execution. Working closely with the Site Director and the site leadership team, you will help shape the direction of the dairy and ensure that the right priorities and projects move forward. How You Will Make An Impact

As Business Development Manager, you will act as a trusted sparring partner and right hand to the Site Director. You will consolidate input from across the site, translate strategic ambitions into a clear business plan and create alignment on the initiatives that will deliver the greatest value. The environment is fast-moving, and priorities can change quickly, so your ability to bring structure, remain agile and keep stakeholders connected will be key.

Your main responsibilities will be to

• Drive the strategic business planning process by gathering input across the site, challenging assumptions and translating priorities into a coherent short- and long-term plan for our product growth and innovation ambitions
• Turn strategy into execution by identifying, structuring and driving larger cross-functional projects that improve site performance and support Kruså Dairy’s ambitions. Drive our sustainability agenda to reduce our CO2 footprint with innovation projects at our waste water plant or reducing energy consumptions of our production facility
• Build strong investment cases by aligning CAPEX, savings and improvement opportunities with the site leadership team, Finance and the central CAPEX stakeholders in Viby
• Support fact-based decision-making through clear analyses, business cases, presentations, performance insights and decision material for the Site Director and leadership team
• Create alignment and momentum by connecting stakeholders, communicating strategic priorities and following up on actions, milestones and value delivery across the project portfolio

The role is based at Kruså Dairy, where you will work closely with the Site Director, the site leadership team and key stakeholders across Arla, including Finance and CAPEX colleagues in Viby. While the role offers a high degree of independence, your success will depend on your ability to involve others, listen to different perspectives and create shared ownership of the site’s agenda. There is flexibility to balance time on site and working from home in line with business and team needs.

• A relevant master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• Experience from management consulting, business development, finance or strategy, combined with a motivation to turn problem-solving into hands-on implementation
• A solid understanding of how to identify and create value in a production environment
• Experience from manufacturing, operations, Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
