Arla Foods is seeking a Head of IT Product to provide strategic and operational leadership for core product platforms such as 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), PIM and Artwork Management. You will drive product direction, set roadmaps, and lead a high-performing team across business and technology stakeholders to deliver value and governance.

The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, stakeholder influence, and deep PLM/PIM experience in an enterprise environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading technology products, product organizations or complex initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Proven people leadership experience, including developing and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting and vendor relationships.
• Experience managing projects or portfolios with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), PIM, packaging and artwork processes.
• Experience with enterprise platforms like 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), PIM or Artwork Management.

You will drive product strategy, roadmap execution and business outcomes while ensuring strong operational performance and service excellence. You will lead the development of Arla’s core Products platforms, including 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), Product Information Management (PIM) and Artwork Management, supporting product development, product data management, packaging and regulatory compliance.

• Managing budgets, financial planning, vendor partnerships, risks and investment decisions.
• Leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Driving cross-functional initiatives and ensuring alignment across business, product and technology teams.

• A solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Information Management (PIM), product data governance, packaging and artwork processes.
• Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), PIM, Artwork Management or similar enterprise platforms, and the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Experience working in product-led organizations and collaborating with Product Managers, Product Owners and cross-functional technology teams.
