Job summary

Nordichotels’ Hobo Copenhagen is seeking an experienced bartender for a full-time role focused on our new cocktail bar. You’ll help shape the bar’s identity, craft signature drinks, and contribute to a warm, attentive guest experience.

You’ll work mainly in the cocktail bar while collaborating with the all-day bar and restaurant teams. The role emphasizes strong beverage standards, teamwork, and early involvement in the opening journey.

Qualifications

• Solid cocktail experience from leading bars or ambitious venues
• Ability to deliver high service levels during busy shifts
• Confident English communication and strong guest engagement

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine our cocktail offering, testing recipes for consistency
• Own your shifts from prep to handover and keep the bar ready for service
• Manage batching, dilution, temperature, and presentation to ensure quality and speed
• Welcome guests, guide them through the menu and make them feel at home
• Maintain stock, rotation, waste, and product quality across outlets
• Share knowledge with colleagues to raise beverage standards
