Your impact begins here
As Associate Consumer Pricing Director, you will lead pricing and deal strategy for non-traditional channels across EUCAN: e-health and online channels, online pharmacies and e-commerce, direct-to-employer and private health insurance. Obesity is your primary focus. You will shape how deals are designed, negotiated and put into practice, while protecting the pricing system that supports access across markets. Your work helps more people living with serious chronic disease reach treatment, through routes that fit real life.
You combine pricing expertise with commercial understanding and the confidence to influence decisions at every level.
You will be the recognised expert on commercial channel pricing in EUCAN, turning analysis into clear recommendations and deals that work in practice.
You will join EUCAN Pricing & Market Access in International Operations, where colleagues work across markets to serve people around the world and help improve health at scale. Your responsibility covers the EUCAN region and your assigned therapy area(s), with specific countries managed as key accounts. Your closest partners are the affiliates you support in negotiations and deal implementation, key account management, and Business Development. You will also work with IO and HQ pricing teams and present to the EUCAN Pricing Council, so decisions are made with clarity and at pace. You will report to Senior Director Pricing & Market Access.
You will work in an international environment where your expertise shapes decisions across Europe and Canada.
The role offers real breadth with opportunities to work on Obesity and collaborate across the value chain and build new skills through regional and affiliate work. You will be trusted to take ownership and make your voice heard, supported to perform at your best in a team that combines curiosity, collaboration and ambition.
