Job summary

Qualifications

MSc or BSc in pharmacy, bioscience, chemical engineering, or a related field.
Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
A structured and detail-oriented approach to your work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global validation strategies, from planning through to verification.
Facilitate workshops with process experts, QA and technical specialists to define requirements and risk assessments.
Collaborate with automation and mechanical engineers to ensure strong documentation and test strategies.
Support validation and implementation activities across global production sites.
Engage with external suppliers to ensure solutions meet Novo Nordisk standards.
