Novo Nordisk, Lyngby, Denmark, seeks a Senior Manager in AM Site Support to lead a seven‑person team dedicated to aseptic manufacturing sites globally. You will set direction, prioritise work, and develop people while navigating complex regulatory, quality, and stakeholder challenges.

You will balance short‑term operational needs with long‑term capability building, maintain strong cross‑functional collaboration, and ensure effective escalation and decision making in a fast‑changing environment.

Qualifications

• Have several years of documented people management experience leading professional employees in a complex technical, scientific, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
• Have proven experience with performance management, employee development, feedback, talent development, and building team effectiveness.
• Have experience from pharmaceutical manufacturing, aseptic production, MS&T, Quality, Production Support, or another GMP-regulated environment.
• Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately seven professionals and set direction and priorities.
• Develop people, strengthen collaboration, and support team in stakeholder situations.
• Act as first escalation point for complex operational, stakeholder, and compliance matters.
• Balance daily priorities with longer term capability building and development.
