Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Senior Technical Filling Professional to own production equipment, lead complex investigations and drive continuous improvements for reliable manufacturing. The role collaborates with skilled workers, QA, and production to prevent issues and ensure GMP compliance.

We value a strong mechanical engineering background, experience with automated equipment, and excellent communication to manage stakeholders. English fluency is required; Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting automated manufacturing or production equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience working in GMP or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of equipment reliability and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; Danish language beneficial or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of assigned production equipment.
• Lead complex root cause investigations and technical troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability.
• Support preventive maintenance planning and optimisation.
• Collaborate with Skilled Workers, Production and QA to resolve technical challenges.
• Develop technical documentation and equipment instructions.
• Support equipment modifications, validation activities and change control.
• Ensure equipment remains compliant with GMP requirements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce recurring equipment failures and improve production stability.
