Job description

As a Senior Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in our company Your main role will be to ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on time while meeting the highest quality standards You will also be responsible for leading and supervising a team of architects providing guidance and support throughout the entire project lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all architectural projects in our company ensuring they are completed according to specifications budget and timeline
• Lead and manage a team of architects providing guidance support and feedback throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of architectural projects with other aspects of our business
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues that may arise taking proactive measures to address them
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction is progressing as per plans and specifications
• Review and approve all architectural designs and plans before submission for approval
• Develop cost estimates for projects including materials labor costs timelines etc
• Maintain good relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the project

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field Masters degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple architectural projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
• Extensive knowledge of building codes regulations materials construction methods etc

Salary

The salary for this position is $1400 per month

This position is located in Esbjerg The selected candidate must have their own visa to work in Denmark without accommodation provided
